The Information technology and multimedia department has set itself the goal of effectively utilizing modern information and communication technologies to promote the spiritual heritage of our ancestors to the wider public.
The department’s staff regularly publish articles, videos, audio recordings, and infographics related to the life and rich spiritual legacy of Imam Termizi, the Termizi scholars, and other thinkers from the region of Mawarannahr on the Center’s website termiziy.uz and its social media platforms.
In addition, in collaboration with researchers, the department is also producing videos, audio materials, booklets, and other printed content aimed at countering various modern-day conflicts and radicalism.
Currently, a fully equipped media studio with all necessary facilities and conditions is operating in the department.
Main duties of the department:
l Ensuring the continuous operation of the Center’s computer equipment, local networks, servers, and other technical devices, and providing technical support for them;
l Implementing information and communication technologies, updating them, and improving them based on advanced practices and research;
l Monitoring internet and internal network infrastructure, ensuring security and uninterrupted operation;
l Providing regular technical updates and maintenance of the official website;
l Creating photo, video, infographic, and audio materials reflecting scientific research activities, Center news, and events;
l Identifying the needs for computers and software, supplying them accordingly, and troubleshooting technical issues;
l Ensuring the security of electronic databases and storage systems;
l Training staff in information technology and providing technical assistance;
l Producing and editing multimedia content such as video and audio materials.
